You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of your therapy or counseling services. This estimate is provided to help clients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance to plan for the costs of care.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected costs of any non-emergency services, including counseling or therapy sessions.

  • You can request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service or at any time during your care.

  • If you receive a bill that is significantly higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you can contact your provider to discuss the discrepancy.

Please save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
