Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. You might wonder if it will actually help, feel like you should already have things figured out, or not even know where to begin. That’s completely okay—you don’t have to have all the answers before you start.

My approach is warm, laid-back, and tailored to you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I take the time to understand what works best for you. Using evidence-based techniques like EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing, I help you navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and valued. Whether you’re working through anxiety, past trauma, or big life changes, I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you build confidence, find clarity, and take steps toward a more fulfilling life!

I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Manitoba, and I’ve spent over a decade supporting youth and adults in their mental health journeys. As a new mom and someone who has personally struggled with anxiety and panic attacks, I get how overwhelming life can feel sometimes. You don’t have to do it alone!

Something that brings me a sense of ease is embracing flexibility and going with the flow—whether in motherhood, my practice, or life in general. I’ve learned to accept messiness, set boundaries, and reach out for support when I need it, which helps me navigate challenges with more grace. I love things that are relaxing like massages and soaking in the hot tub!

Something fun about me is that I love cooking, traveling, and I’m a huge board game nerd! I’m always up for trying new recipes, exploring new places, and getting way too competitive over a good game night.
